Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods.

United States shipping
Standard shipping costs $5.99 USD and has an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days. Express shipping costs $14.99 USD and has an estimated transit time of 1–2 business days. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders or products and will be shown at checkout. Overnight shipping is not currently offered.

International shipping
International shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package, and selected carrier service. Available services may include USPS, DHL Express Worldwide, and FedEx International Connect Plus. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges.

Tracking information is provided when available after an order ships. Carrier delays and customs processing times are outside our direct control.

Products may be fulfilled and shipped directly by third-party suppliers from different locations. Items in the same order may arrive separately, and the ship-from address may differ from our business and return address.
